The Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization dedicated to achieving and maintaining the best possible public safety services by supporting our first responders and insuring effective communication between the Public Safety Department and our community. Donations to the foundation are tax deductible. Previous donors have helped the APSF in a variety of ways such as: 

• Funding the K-9 unit

• Donating items to the Red & Blue Cook for You Silent Auction

• Donating funds for the general fund to assist with any Alpharetta Department of Public Safety needs at the discretion of the APSF Board of Directors

• Funding scholarships for Public Safety employees and their children

• Donating training time for Public Safety employees at shooting ranges
